Notice of Vacancy in office of Councillor

Isham Parish Council

Notice is hereby given

that due to the resignation of councillor Alan Curtis, a vacancy now exists in the office of Councillor for Isham Parish Council.

If by Thursday 31 October 2024 (14 days after the date of this notice excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays), a request for an election to fill the vacancy is made in writing to the Proper Officer, North Northamptonshire Council, Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants, NN15 7QX by TEN electors for the Parish an election will be held to fill the vacancy. If no such request is received the Parish Council may fill the vacancy by co-option.

If an election is called, it will take place no later than Monday 13 January 2025.
